Foundation Phase

On April 5, Marketing Content Genius LLC was officially established in Sheridan, WY, with full LLC registration and EIN issued. The initial digital presence launched with a starter website, branded social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram, and introductory posts outlining the company’s mission and visual identity. The mission was clearly defined from day one. A dual-purpose model combining AI-powered marketing solutions with a strong social impact focus through its partnership with Genius Funding.

Strategic Pause

Marketing Content Genius is not yet in active public operation due to internal delays and a strategic pause in execution. Behind the scenes, the team is focused on refining the business plan, optimizing service offerings, and strengthening the long-term strategy to ensure a powerful and sustainable launch.

Relaunch & Purpose-Driven Growth

Beginning January 29, Marketing Content Genius entered a new phase of growth with the completion of a detailed business plan and 5-year roadmap. Key hires followed, including an Executive Assistant, Digital Marketing Manager, and Inside Sales Representative. On March 26, MCG joined the Launch My Agency incubator to enhance systems, positioning, and scalability. By April 22, the agency officially refined its niche to serve veteran-led nonprofit organizations, aligning its brand with purpose-driven, high-impact clients. Throughout May, CEO Dameian Clarke began engaging with the veteran nonprofit community by attending VA events both virtually and in person. The brand’s visibility surged with a fresh visual identity, a redesigned website, and a formal LinkedIn relaunch on May 26. Marking the official return of Marketing Content Genius with renewed purpose and strategic focus.

Meet The Founder

After 27 years in the Army, I saw the same struggles everywhere: homelessness, addiction, and poverty, especially among veterans. I couldn’t walk away from it. 

That’s why I built Marketing Content Genius, a mission-driven agency helping veteran-led nonprofits and impact-driven organizations amplify their message, attract sponsors, and secure sustainable funding. 

This isn’t just marketing. It’s my way of restoring dignity, visibility, and opportunity to those too often forgotten.

I’m not building a business. I’m building a movement.
